The hotel offers a beautiful view from their rooms and the meals are fantastic. There is a hearty selection for dinner and breakfast, perfect after a busy day of walking or hiking around the scenic area. The personnel provide a great atmosphere, making guests feel welcome and at home. the hotel is conveniently located in a key area.
The bathroom cleanliness was questionable with hair from previous guests being left behind. In terms of improvements, it would be helpful if dinner started earlier and if there were more vegetarian and vegan options offered.

We loved our stay! From the stunning view of the lake from our balcony, to the delicious 4-course dinners and hearty local breakfasts included in our half-board package, this hotel has it all. Clean facilities, ample parking, and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us with information about the area and transportation. Located up in the mountains, this city is a perfect getaway for nature lovers.

Nestled high up in the mountains, this hotel boasts breathtaking views from the rooms and a delicious hearty dinner with local cuisine. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with information about the surrounding area and activities. the rooms are comfortable, with balconies to enjoy the stunning mountain vistas.
The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with some previous guest's hair left behind.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was perfect! The view from the room was breathtaking, with a stunning scenery that made us feel relaxed and peaceful all the time. We also loved the food, which was a delightful experience, with plenty of choices and tasty local options. We also appreciated the convenient location, easy to reach and close to many attractions and restaurants.
We noticed some small details that could be improved. For instance, the bathroom could have been cleaner, with a few hairs here and there. We also felt that the dinner could have started a bit earlier, as we had to rush through dessert to catch up with the schedule. Additionally, we missed having more vegetarian options in the menu, as my partner is a vegetarian. Despite these small drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel to others seeking a romantic and relaxing experience.
